The highly acclaimed Hampton Designer Showhouse, presented by HC&G (Hamptons Cottages & Gardens), returns to Southampton this summer. 
With renowned designers, Jamie Drake and Alexa Hampton serving as the Honorary Design Chairs, the Showhouse features the work of more than 20 top interior designers from across the country who have contributed their time and talent to transform a beautiful, new home constructed by Cavallo Builders into a design showcase to inspire and delight visitors.  All proceeds from the Hampton Designer Showhouse benefit Stony Brook Southampton Hospital to support the programs and services it provides to residents of and visitors to Long Island’s East End. 

SHOWHOUSE DATES & TIMES
The 2023 Hampton Designer Showhouse will be open to visitors from 11:00 AM until 5:00 PM sharp on the following dates:

• Sunday, July 23
• Friday, July 28 – Sunday, July 30
• Thursday, August 3 – Sunday, August 6
• Thursday, August 10 – Sunday, August 13
• Thursday, August 17 – Sunday, August 20
• Thursday, August 24 – Sunday, August 27
• Thursday, August 31 – Sunday, September 3
• Admission is $40
• Tickets may be purchased at the door or in advance via Eventbrite
• No admission 30 minutes before closing
• No strollers, infants, children 6 and under, or pets are admitted

499 Broadway

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

Coming from Majors Path:

• Head north on Majors Path. 
• Turn right onto Great Hill Road.
• Travel 1/2-mile to Broadway. 
• Make a right onto Broadway and drive all the way down to the end.
• 499 will be the house on the left.

Please note:  You will see a white split rail fence on your right as you’re approaching Broadway.
If you pass a radio tower on your right, you’ve missed the turnoff for Broadway.

Coming from Water Mill Towd Road:
 
• Head north on Water Mill Towd Road
• Turn left onto Great Hill Road 
• In approximately 1000 feet, you will pass a radio tower on your left.
• Broadway is approximately 400 feet past the radio tower.
• Make a left onto Broadway and drive all the way down to the end.
• 499 will be the house on the left.

Please note: If you are using GPS, please note that Broadway may come up as Split Rock Road.

A campus of Stony Brook University Hospital, SBSH offers a diverse array of clinical services, ranging from primary medical care to specialized surgical procedures, including cardiac catheterization, orthopedics and bariatrics.
